The Fire Ant carries a double meaning. On one hand, it represents my competitive edge: out of all the artists known as Ant Dawg, my music is undeniably the most fire. On the other hand, it represents my mental health journey. I have healed from a lifetime of trauma—including childhood violence and volatile relationship issues—but life still brings heavy days. When current stresses cause a burning rage to build in my chest, this music is my absolute therapy. It is the only thing that cools the heat.

The Fire was ignited at age 12. What started as a middle-school rebellion against the government's attempt to ban hip-hop became my ultimate salvation. I picked up the pen to fight back, only to realize I was discovering my greatest gift. After surviving a childhood traumas, fighting on the streets, and dedicating 22 years to serving in the military, I'm finally giving my music the time it deserves. Life has a way of testing you—music is how I fight back, find my peace, and release the rage.
